"I spent 8 years chasing the version of success that was never mine."

My Story
I was the woman
who had it all.
And felt nothing.
Top of my batch at IIM-A. Regional director at 29. Married, apartment, the works. And completely hollowed out inside.
I kept thinking: I just need to do more, be more, achieve more. Then I'll feel it. I never did. What I found instead, through therapy, practice, and eventually training as a coach, was that the problem wasn't my output. It was that I'd completely lost contact with myself.
I left corporate in 2019 and began working with women who recognised themselves in that story. Since then, over 340 of them have done this work — and what I see on the other side still moves me.
